PapDK: P-pilus adhesin-chaperone pre-assembly complex

The pre-assembly complex between the minor pilus subunit PapK and the PapD chaperone has been purified and concentrated to 20 mg/ml. This is a world record for concentrating pilus chaperone-subunit complexes. So far no crystals have been obtained however.
